On June 14th “GamEd Sunraysia” was held in Mildura at Mallee District Aboriginal Services community hall. 80 selected secondary school students attended the event, along with invited guests as well as 6 industry key note speakers.
The event highlighted the potential career options and transferability of skills to allied industries.

Drawing from their own experiences, industry professionals presented to students a critical view of the industry and what it takes to be employed
Succesfull Indigenous industry professionals shared cultural content, their art and traditions to the greater community in the form of an online presence
Secondary school aged students and teachers learnt what academic pathways are available locally and what programs and trends should be taught to make students industry ready
